Every engagement begins with a defined scope agreed in writing. This document outlines deliverables, timelines, and fees.
Fees are due per the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement. Typical structures:
The Discoverability Audit (Tier 1) is non-refundable once delivered. If you cancel before delivery begins, a full refund is provided.
For larger engagements, refunds are pro-rated based on the percentage of work completed. Deliverables already produced are not refundable.
Either party may cancel an engagement with written notice. Fees for work completed up to the cancellation date remain payable. Any pre-paid fees for work not yet started will be refunded.
If you're unhappy with any aspect of the work, please contact me directly. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication. Formal disputes are governed by Scottish law.
